The Cyber Security Intern will be responsible for working on various projects for our AFB client.

Active Secret Government Clearance Responsibilities The Cyber Security intern will assist the Cyber Security Lead with:
Network and hardware troubleshooting.
Researching solutions Testing & documentation Cyber security incident response efforts Monitoring internal and external policy compliance Assessing and mitigating cyber risks Creating audit policies and controls Other duties may be assigned Qualifications Education and/or
Experience:
Pursuing a 4-year degree in Network and Security Administration, Cyber Operations, Cyber Defense or related fields preferred.
In lieu of education, a good understanding of cyber security, system administration and information technology.
Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals, understanding of common ports and protocols, and familiarity with common cyber security technologies.
Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication and teamwork skills Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication skills Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
